Moving in from the Great White North
Thanks all. Did a few racks of ribs this past weekend, as well as some jalepenos stuffed with old cheddar and wrapped in bacon as a mid-cook snack. Both turned out great Looking forward to doing my first brisket next. -

Glad to be here. Member of a bunch of cigar forums under the handle GWN and just picked up my first smoker a few weeks ago. Had some great success and some so-so meals so far. Looking to pick up some tips as I start another journey.
