    Thanks I got the first coat of paint on last night cause didn't want it to start flash rusting. Planning to season the CC this weekend and St. Louis ribs next weekend.

    My assistant here yes a golf cart riding turkey is always hanging around while I'm in my garage. I guess she doesn't want to be in the smoker one day!!!

    Hey all life has been busy and havant had much spare time to work on the smoker. I was able to take this weekend to get all the remaining welds complete and build the fire wood storage box. Planning on getting it sand blasted in the next couple of weeks.

    My plates are equal size with the angle iron in the middle. They slopes 1/4 - 3/8 but I can level it out very easy with my trailer wheel.

    New 100 gallon RF build.

    Well I got a few more items completed and off the list. RF plates fitted and in place (not welded yet) Got the wood rack for the firebox done. Also the handle / Latch complete. I have just a few more items to complete before it is sand  blasted and painted. I have not done a burn out...
