    I think this will be fun. Never had sturgeon. So if you catch one we could smoke some. Just in case I will be bringing some lake Roosevelt trout and possibly some walleye to fry up.  See you there.

    Thanks for all the replies. I will be using non fat dry milk then. Does anybody body want some soy protein concentrate? I have an unopened 1lb 12oz. jar that I purchased from sausagemaker.com. Pay the cost of shipping and it is yours. Dennis

    Metal for grill surfaces

    Several years ago I built a smoker and used steel expanded metal. It lasted for years and now is being used by some else. My next build I will probably use stainless steel expanded metal. No reason just what I am thinking about using. Dennis
