    Even an long time Smoker needs help sometime.

    I do believe you are on to something here in that the pan is a problem.  Maybe get rid of the MB pan and put a pan on supports over the burner.  What do y'all think?

    When I keep it at or below 225 I lose the smoke. I have all three models of Todd's products to include the new tube smoker that he provided for me to test.  All work great especially the new tube smoker. I am trying to use this thing the way it is design unless that is impossible.
