Does anyone use a Cookshack Smoker ?
I bought a used cookshack that is about 15 years old I only gave $50 for it turned it on and as soon as the temp reached desired temp it shouts down Its a smoo8 any help would be appreciated.. Tom- tsin

First off I'm in Awe at all the great info here.. I'm new to this forum and pretty new to smoking. I'm retired Electric Line Forman 32 yrs 6 kids 9 granbuddies better known as guinea pigs. I own a MES and smoked a few things with good results I bought a used Cook Shack for $50 about 15 yrs...
