Other Hobbies
Do to being a pilot for a number of years, I have an interest in anything that flies. Tried R/C once and have the utmost respect for anyone who can fly thes things without sitting in it ... much easier to be in the machine. I'd love to see that J-3 working off the water. That plane deserves some...- squeezy

Then why brine it? ... I just sprinkle a little salt on to taste, smoke it for an hour to hour and a half. It's moist, tender and flakey. Try it! -
