    OK Todd....ya got me so interested I just had to try some....did up a batch this morning and they came out great. Used the AMNPS with oak.  Forgot to take pictures of the whole process but here is one of the finished product. They are GREAT.....THANKS Todd!!!! Thanks for lookin !!!! Tim

    Took the Master Forge out for it's (and my) first ever smoke last Sunday. Did up a whole chicken and while I was at it decided to try a Fattie too.
