just starting to smoke in a bread proffer.
I have gotten a old proofer added a hot plate and made a smoke generator. what I am wondering if anyone has any opinion on which brand of chips are the most uniform. I bought a bag of webber and they run from a penny size up to sticks 5 inches long. any help would be gladly accepted
