    Without a doubt, COSTCO has the best value on meat in my area!  I've got a QView I need to post on how last weekend went.  Maybe later today.  It was amazing!

    Have a nice rack of BB ribs in cellophane in the fridge for next 3 hrs. A dry brine if you will! Rubbed with ground mustard, liberally, and Famous Dave's Rib Rub. Will smoke some jalapeño poppers with it the first two hrs. Traeger Texas Elite 34 Apple pellets and a spray bottle of apple...

    Ray, Same to you my friend.  I must say I had a darn good time and would do it all over again if I could.  I flew CH-46 and actually made a dent on an amphib flight deck once.  That was enough!   Looking forward to sharing/absorbing the forum.  FWJ
