    I just got a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker 2007/08 model with vent and all. before this I had been using a Brinkman Gourmet Electric for about a year with medium success mainly due to the high heat and lack of temp control, this smoker followed a Brinkman charcoal smoker that just didn't work out...

    Which to buy, Masterbuilt Electric or Bradley Digital Electric 4 Rack?

    I have been using the Brinkman Gourmet Electric Smoker (red one from HD) and it just cooks too hot. I have been looking for a thermostat but have read enought to see that since it is not insulated, it is hard for it to keep a constant temperature, so...... I am now looking at buying another one...
