Ok, just posted a picture of it sliced, so you can see the inside. It's very moist and tasty. I don't think it turned out to bad, for my first try at smoking a meatloaf
Once you spoil the family with smoked turkey they won't want it any other way! lol My family tried oven roasting a turkey one year, and we all looked at each other like, "this bird isn't right" lol Learned our lesson, every turkey that hits our table is now cooked in the smoker.

I typically smoke my turkeys at about 225 and if I remember correctly (which I may not) they take about 25 minutes a lb. However, depending on your smoker it could be done quicker or it may take longer. The best thing is to keep records from past experience to help guide your future...
I have never seen a turkey carved like that. Was the bone removed before carving the breast or do the cuts run along the breast bone??? I'm sitting here in amazement! lol
