I appreciate all the comments from you all... Only my 3rd time using the new smoker, and had some good stuff come out of it today... I did a fatty, the chicken and a smoked meatloaf. The wife is very happy as all she has to do is pull something out of the freezer and warm it up the rest of this...
Thanks for all the comments!! It was awesome, better than I thought it would be. I think though that I may have left it in just a little to long. I was smoking it at about 240 and I left it in for about 3 1/2 hours. Here is pictures of the finished product. I hadn't really thought about side...
Had the smoker fired up today, I was off work for MLK day, and had two chickens that I split in half yesterday and marinating in Lemon Pepper and Chipolte Seasoning.
Just pulled them off the smoker, going to let them rest for a bit then de-bone and put in the freezer for quick meals later this...
