Hey guys! I am new to the forum and fairly new to smoking. I just got a new side burner smoker and was thinking about smoking a turkey for Thanksgiving. As I look threw all the post there is not much talk about people smoking turkeys. Is there a reason for this? Thanks for the info in advance!
