Homemade smoke generator, is there too much smoke?
The smoke comes out the bottom, pipes around to the copper tube, and T's into the drip catcher and smoker? So this is the only smoke source you have and it works fine? No bitter taste? Makes a long burn? No plugging of the chips like rackrat mentions. Pretty much start and walk away? I ask...- miataman

Walnut...using the nut itself
I know many say walnut makes to strong of a taste. But I have a walnut tree in my yard & last year a branch came down. So I thought I would try it. I actually like it.
