Masterbuilt XL Propane - Mailbox Mod - Heavy QView - Need Some Help!

I have had this smoker for several years. I decided to do the mailbox mod to it. We use Todd's AMNTS 6 inch pellet smoking tube. If you have never tried one of these I would highly recommend it. I got everything together and decided to give it a trial run. I lite the tube with some Pecan and...

    Boy - I Scored!

The wife made chicken strips last night. We ran the strips through the meat tenderizer first then she breaded them and fried them. They were the best fried chicken she has made. The chicken strips just fell apart in your mouth. Very tender. Now she's not so mad at me for spending the money on...

7lbs sweet Italian and 6lbs of Texas hot links

Thanks for the quick answers. I've been using the 32mm LEM Collagen casings for my Hot Links. They work ok. I just wanted to try some pre-tubed hog casings. Now to decide if I want the 29/32mm or the 32/35mm. I like the size of the hot links that the LEM 32mm produces. Sorry for the hijack...

7lbs sweet Italian and 6lbs of Texas hot links

Those sausages look mighty tasty. Could you be so kind and let me know what size casings those are? I'm fixing to order from Syracuse Casings & I'm still on the fence on which size casings to order for Hot Links. Thanks

    Have you ordered from meatprocessingproducts.com?

Have you purchased casings from Waltons Inc? I have been thinking about ordering some pre-tubed hog casings from them. Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks Phil

Second post, a few questions on Hot Links

+1 on this post. I used the same hot link recipe and it is the bomb. Great flavor and taste. I have made it with 32mm colligan & they came out fine.
