    Ok I'm started my seasoning process. Sprayed the inside with Pam and let it heat up. Then added some hickory chips. After about 30 min I added apple chips.     I do have the digital model. And thanks for responses. I'm going to start seasoning it today. Reading some of the other threads it Sounds like I need to spray it down with Pam or some other cooking oil and let it run fur a few hours.

    Hi everyone. My name is josh from SoCal. I'm new to smoking. Just got a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. Need all the pointers I can get. Looking forward to learning. Starting with seasoning the smoker. Any and all tips are welcome.
