    New to the forum. I joined because im hooked on smoking every protein I can. I love the smell of the smoke and the joy of sitting around all day watching the progress go. And of course enjoying drinks and cigars while doing it.

    Like everyone has experienced before, my smoker is too small need something bigger. Don't want to drop the cash on what they are asking for smokers in stores. I want to build a wood outhouse smoker. I want it to Gould two full size turkeys or two to three shoulders. Where do I begin?
