    I have access to a metal shop, so figured I could make something a bit nicer looking then a barrel. I've looked and some look nice. I hope to get busy this coming weekend

    Ok so I've done a bit of bbq, but just started using an offset bbq. Not sure of manufacturer, but it has a Texas longhorn on the front. So far not to impressed, uses way to much fuel. Now I have my eye on a vertical smokers. I have access to a full metal shop and know how to use all of it...
