    Before you burn it in, take the firebox apart and seal its two halves with stove sealant. The firebox airflow control is greatly improved and its just a few screws.     That was my first Prime Rib. The next will be off the Trailmaster Vertical. I reeally need a small WSM.. The Leeks and Cranberries in the au jous were good. The baked brie was good too.

    worked on some of the drippings for au-jous. Asparagus and of course mashed potatoes. Cant serve raw here but its pink enough for us. Bread hit 210 but its very simple and just got crustier.

    Started the PR in the oven at 250. 6 teas of salt, 1 ea of garlic, onion powder, black and white pepper. Worked out some yeast bread Pulled it at 14o and covered it. Left the probe in for giggles. After an amazingly long wait, it climbed to see 144.
