1/2 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup garlic powder
2 tbs cumin
1 tbs black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Here she is trimmed and rubbed. Since I love in Wisconsin it can go in the garage overnight. Plenty cold out there. Will rub the ribs later.

Been smoking a couple years now and ready for sausage and snack sticks. Grinder needs to be purchased. Hope the wife doesn't mind.
Need help guys. Is this grinder worth 400 bucks or do I buy a new one from lem or cabelas. Looks old but I know hobart makes good stuff. Want to get into sausage and need some decent but not awesome equipment.
