    I have learned a lot since my last thread on this subject.I added a second compost bin but that also means a lot more work. It takes me about an hour to turn  just one of those bins, but it will be worth it come next year. I am really excited about this years compost.Last year nothing happened...

    my knife is not thin it is thick, it's made of tinned metal I don't thinks it's possible to strainghten the blade

    The knife starts out flush against the grind plate but then slowly tappers off

    There are no missing parts that can see.the knife was very dual when I first got it I thought that was odd so i sharped it wet wit a wet stone and the knife doesn't fit flush with the grind plate

    very fine and I used a cores plat, it wasn't a bad texture just not what I'm use to

    here are some pics after my ordeal.the end product was really good but the texture wasn't what I was use to, it didn't resemble commercial sausage Had to switch to my stuffer I was to sure If was going to keep it.I guess my grinder also stuffs sausage but it didn't work out all that...
