New Rocky Mountain Smoker
Howdy All, I've been playing at smoking meat on the grill for a few years, and just got a Meco 5030 to start real smoking. I love all kinds of weird dishes, and am looking forward to smoking some interesting cuts, and making sausage. Just wanted to poke my head in to say "hi"
