    Cold Smoke Generator

Only problem I see is the galvanized parts they are using (i.e. the threaded nipple they are using is galvanized or GRC for short).

    Naming your smoker...

I was thinking along the lines of "mistress", because I spend more time with her than I do my wife.

    Reheating Turkey

I usually reheat mine with a little butter in a pan. If it's smoked, I eat it cold or at room temperature (I don't advise this to anyone, but I was raised eating Bates Smoked Turkeys and this is the best way to eat them) on a plain hamburger bun, kaiser roll, onion roll, etc. with lettuce and...

Everyone is different as every smoker is different. I just can't stand over moisturized meat and veggies. The temperature fluctuations...

Heat loss on my ecb-like Char-Broil Smoker

I use Royal Oak Lump Charcoal. Lump charcoal burns hotter and longer. I use it to get the smoker up to temperature then go with a small piece(s) of hickory. I highly recommend Jeff's 5 day e-Course if you haven't already been through it. And, again the modifications are a must IMHO (or the...

    Cypress Smoke House

I'm looking at this style of smoke house for my house in the future. I believe in a wood burning vertical as I have basically done with the little Brinkmann I have, I don't like smoking with just charcoal. I believe in finding the right amount of wood to smoke with because the desire to smoke...
