No longer useing my grill for smoking. I now have a Weber Smokey Mountain. Tonight I will be putting it together. very excited and ready to smoke with proper equipment.

Currently using my Oblong Charcoal Grill, until I can get my smoker. Placing meat on one side and coal on other side.
My first try was a briskett and this was 100% sucessful, tender with great flavor.
Second up was a Rib Roast for Christmas Dinner, another 100% sucess.

Already read the complete thread on the Trailmaster Vertical Smoker, I know I want to be able to use coal/wood but with 2 kids in college I have to do so on a budget.
Curently used by grill to smoke a Briskett and a Prime Rib, was not easy but made it work both were a success. Now I'm getting ready to get the Trailmaster vertical and continue my smoking adventure.
