    So only 2 of us. Lemon 🍋 pepper & pink Himalaya sea 🌊 salt sat cover in fridge for 8 hrs. Z grill typhoon smoked for 15 mins then 375. Add bbq 40mins later,turn to high finish them off. Then in goes apple 🥧 pictures soon of finished pie.

    Oh I get it I would of said something too,lol. I'm a smart ass so I'm told 🤣, better then a dumb ass. This cancer is very rare it messes with my brain, thus spelling errors. 13,000 living in the United States with primary Myelofibrosis mine was miss diagnosed as arthritis. Wrong cancer

    Excuse me (come). I'm on medication for myelofibrosis and do make mistakes! Sorry. Coffee rub adds a spicy flavor, it's simply coffee and chili peppers mixed. I use it on brisket and steak. Great flavor with a bit of a warm flavor. Not really hot or coffee flavor, just a great balance.

    There we go,juicy but not to much. I pulled it at 190 let it set while I prepared the garnish and corn tortillas. I started with a apple and hickory blend, then finished in hickory and competition blend. Changed pellets at 150.

    Advice Smoking a Tri Tip like a brisket

    Making my brisket for tacos,in my z grill typhoon 7002. Been on since 10am at 225 last picture is now 177. Looking tasty and my neighbors hate me lol.

    Thank you,I'm going to find out how tough my z grill is! 3lb roma,small sweet onion (I'm using fresh candy onion)10-12 sprigs of cilantro, 1/4tsp garlic, half a fresh lime and pink Himalayan sea 🌊 salt.     I think it could reach 475- 500 but would take probably hr. A blanket should help. I have my damper set pretty tight. Holds temp dead nuts.

    They great cooked this way,took 35 mins on hi,sausage took 15-20. Hickory and was good.
