I finally got all my pics together. Here's my homemade smoker that i built this spring. It's 7' tall, 5' wide, and 4' deep. I have 24 square feet of cooking surface. Six square feet of grilling surface. It takes about $10 in oak, just to get to temp. Then another $30 or so in oak for a 12 hour...
