    Simple one...onions, bell peppers and grated cheese mix. I was dyin' to do the bacon weave and just love the presentation. Next one I'll go for the diamond weave like Cowgirl did. That thing was a work of food art!

    Figured I'd give dinos a try since I've read so much goods stuff here. Seasoned them up with some off the shelf brisket rub and steak rub. Smoked them you for about 6 hours at 225 to 250. Nice color and flavor... And a nice fattie too... Good eats!

    I'll give that a shot...I've had the Wal-Mart version of this smoker since 2005 and due to neglect, the burner barrel rusted off. I'm ready to upgrade to the full version. Cooked many a good meal in that cooker! It's a great little unit!

    Thanks Stephan. I checked our local Bass Pro today...no luck. I guess I'll have to make an order. I'm not too keen on that idea just in case it arrives damaged. But at this point I have little choice.
