    Brinkmann Square 2-Door Vertical Electric Smoker

    Hi, Just ordered a new Brinkmann  810-5515-0 Square 2-Door  Vertical Electric  Smoker.  I was curious if any one else had this model, how it works for them. More importantly I would love any information on what  modification they might have made to improve performance.  Thanks, Kurt
