    Meatloaf with Q view

    Built a meatloaf. 2 lbs 80-20 and a 1/2 lbs of Italian sausage. Lipton beefy onion and 2 eggs. 3/4 cup bread crumbs. Will update with Q view in a bit. Temp now at 139.

    Just had to join. :)

    So I've been lurking around here quit a bit lately and well love all the q-views so I had to join. I have a smokintex 1400 that I've had for about a month or so now. I've learned a lot from lurking around here so hi to ya all and thanks for all the good information. :)
