    Yes, if you go to the site I mention previously, navigate to grills and smokers. They have a model called the Stockton vertical smoker. It looks like they have 7 racks in this model. Again they are pricey, but like I said earlier you'll never need another one.

    The best wood smoker?

    I use a Yoder Wichita model Offset smoker. Very heavy gauge steel. Will last a lifetime. They are pretty pricey however. Here is a site you can go to and look at what they have, www.atbbq.com. The folks there are very helpful.

    A local BBQ restaurant served smoked catfish for a while. My wife really liked it. I didn't think it was too bad, but I like smoked pork or beef a lot better.

    Tri-Tip for MNF -- w/ Q-view

    Tri-tips have been showing up at our local Wal-Mart Supercenter the last few months. However, no where the price adiochiro 3 got them. They run about $5.98/lb, I get them when they go on sale for about $4.78/lb. I've been hooked on them since reading about them on this site

    needsmetidaho, Here is a BBQ sauce recipe I've used for years. We really like it. It comes out a little thinner than store bought but I think you can use less water to have it come out thicker.
