Power outage cooking time
2 butts in my Char Broil electric smoker, 7lbs and 6lbs cooked for 9.5 hours before power went out. Was shooting for 10.5 hours. Should it be done or should I fire up the charcoal bullet smoker to finish?- Dbry

Smoke expectation
Could not find this topic. I have a Char Broil electric smoker. The Wifi version. Whenever I cook I expect to see billowing smoke but only see puffs here and there. Is that normal in these types of smokers. Chips smoke more than chunks it seems.- Dbry
