Smoked turky legs about 2.25 hours at 250, came out great. The uds maintains temp pretty well, but heats up quick when the lid is off. Grilled hot dogs and burgers afterwards.
Finished the drum tonight. Might add some hooks and a shelf later but done for now. I will season it tomorrow and I am gonna smoke some turkey legs on saturday.
I started one this week and hope to use it this weekend. I burnt two pallets in mine and payed it on the side to burn the sides and bottom . Took about an hour or so. Good luck.
