I love the taste of pike. Tinfoil bake or smoke, stuffed with butter, onions, herbs, etc until the whole spine and bones pull out with one full swoop. We also pickle a lot of pike and that dissolves the bones. Tough to beat pickled pike!

I did make the dough. I coworker gave me some sour dough starter and I've been making all kinds of things with it. Pizza dough came out great. If you're looking for a nice summer pizza and something different, try this. It's surprisingly delicious.
Bologna for lunch. It was delicous. I will add a little more salt next time and maybe more fresh garlic. 99% of the time I just make cold or hot sandwiches with bologna so once combined with that, it's a good porky bologny flavor. I might cold smoke the small chub for a few hours just to see...
