    Thanks to "Smoker-B" for getting me into this I can see it turning into a life long hobby. Just got my Masterbuilt last Saturday and cooked the "Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Sausage Fatty" from from "Smoking Meat" and it was pretty amazing. First time doing a bacon weave, was easier than expected...
