    Just purchased the Maverick 732 and the Bayou Classic 0-30 PSI Adjustable Regulator / Hose Assembly. Bought the Masterbuilt Pro Dual Fuel the other days so when I get everything I will season the smoker and get smoking.

    Digital thermometers

    Just bought a Masterbuilt Pro dual fuel smoker and am picking up some modifications for it. I want a digital thermometer but I don't want to break the bank as I know they can be pretty pricey. I was thinking about spending around $40 or so. Any suggestions?
