UDS build question
Just picked a drum from a bakery that had canola oil in it so should not have too add anything to it when i season it should i? the inside of the drum is stainless so that makes it a kittle easier. On the outside of the barrel it is painted black, do i need to grind off the paint and spray...- derek712

Thanks for the welcome everyone. After a couple days of researchin I ended up buyin the ECB and am just about done w/ the mods so I can give it a test run.I am sure this question is as bad as asking someone if Ford is better than Chevy but here it goes, for charcoal is lump better than brickets? -
