    I tell ya what, If I could, I would.  I pulled it out at 140 IT.  I smoked it at 225.  It was in the smoker I believe for a little over 5 hours.

    Well,  I really wish I could travel the world and let all of you try it.  I think it came out perfect.  Me and the girlfriend had a good meal with some Prime Rib, Corn, and some veggies.

    First Prime Rib in the Smoker!!!

    This is my first Prime Rib that I am gonna attempt to smoke.  I have smoked a couple briskets and fatties and some roasts.  Went to the butcher's palace and pick up a 8.86 pound Prime Rib from him.  Looked pretty good to me. Mixed my own rub together and covered it.  I was gonna rub it down...

    How much cure should I add to 5 pounds of meat then?  And what temp should I smoke the sausage at also?
