Horizon Smoker Questions
Before I pull the trigger on a different builder I was in bass pro yesterday in see that they sell Horizon smokers. Are those the same ones that are built in Perry, TX? Lang 36" Original Patio Questions
Looking at going with the Lang 36, it's only about a 5 hour drive from me down here in the Tampa, FL area so I can save a fair amount of shipping cost. I'm in Tampa, FL so think both are a long way. I do have a question on the Horizon's though...I see Bass Pro sells them...I assume that the ones they sell are the same ones that you buy direct from the actual Horizon company? HELP! Over trimmed brisket, how to cook lean?

Thanx guys for the info. I've seen all the reviews and been to both webpages. Looking for some folks that might have used them. Do I need to make MODs to them i.e. extend chimney stack lower inside the pit, or is it a good idea to tack or rivet in some flat bar to add tuning plates to help...- megownm
