Hello, I just bought a hybrid grill (gas/ charcoal) Im fairly new to smoking. Does anybody have ANY advice to help me get going in the right direction.

This is my wing sauce. It is a firehouse favorite. Now I've never smoked the wings before I usually grill them.
Coat wings with canola oil season wings with salt, pepper and paprika and grill them. For the sauce:

You can also try just heating the sauce until the brown sugar is dissolved then leave it out until its room temp. Cook it over low heat. Hope this helps.
