    Ok the pic of the original rib is my avatar pic.  I will put up pics of it before and after.   Thanks for the advice on the bone in.  I like it better but hubby thought deboned would be easier. I use an electric smoker if it makes any difference.

    I have the Masterbuilt 30 and love it.  Use it all the time.  We own our own business and the set it and forget it works well with our schedules, refill the wood chips every few hours and you are good to go.
