Ran some chicken and ribs thru my homemade smoker last weekend, this time it's venison jerky.
Hi Mtn seasonings mandarin teriyaki and some Hickory, 2lbs each.

The toms were good, had a very distinct taste, not too smoky, but I think they were overdone. I think they would kick up a good chili recipe if anyone cares.

Well got it all put together today and ran the Kahuna along with the PID and was relieved that it worked just as I hoped it would.
