    Just got the smoker in and seasoned it up last night. Loved seeing that apple wood smoke bellowing out!!! I stopped at the store and got a large pack of wings, which I hope to smoke up Saturday using the scarbelly recipe. Also picked up two whole chickens and a rack of ribs. I got the fever...
