    This makes me sick! Some scum bag stole the smoker from fat jacks BBQ in North east Philadelphia.This place is a great and the owner is an outstanding guy. This place is one of the reasons I got into smoking. If any anyone sees the smoker or hears anything please contact your local authorities...

    Yeah I lucked out on finding an awesome butcher right in the town next me. They actually bring in the back to the band saw and say " point and I'll cut." I love how tender and juicy they come out, with just the right amount of fat!

    First time smoking beef short ribs.Very happy I found a local butcher to give me the cut I was looking for. Smoked these in my MES 30 using the 3-2-1 method. They came out amazing.I actually shed a tear when I pulled them out smoker. So majestic!

    Okay so didnt do brisket today but did some "dino bones" beef ribs. They came out amazing very tender. They slide RIGHT off the bone.
