I've been looking for an hour now trying to find a lid modification for the wsm mini. I can't remember for the life of me who posted it. It was a simple hook or 'L' clamp that was bolted on very clean which allowed for the lid to be rested on the handles of the Vesconia pot.

Hi guys. I am looking for a dual probe thermometer for my gas grill that has a wireless unit so I can see the readings from inside my house. I've heard the maverick ones aren't the best since the high heat (or potential high heat) of a gas grill can ruin the probes. Is that true?

Well I did this over the weekend and the ribs turned out great. THe amnts smokes a ton! I had to move into the bun tray rack to stop it from lighting on fire. I'm wondering if I can put it underneath the meat next time instead on the burner side.
