how about lobster or clams
i live in a section of brooklyn new york called sheepshead bay...you would never know that your 20 minutes from manhattan....its a little fishing area and i have lobster boats on the corner of my house.so i thought i would try a lobster recipe...also have a fleet of party fishing boats that go...- panhead

thanks for the warm welcome,,,i am smoking ribs today on my old brinkmann smoker,,,i think this is its last season,the weather has rusted the bottom up pretty well....maybe i will get a weber when this one dies..i will wait and see what i learn on this site before i buy a new one -
