    Old time griller who sucks at real BBQ

    The McCormick's pork rub was what I used the other day on my first try with my new smoker. It was alright, but I had some other issues as well with learning the new unit. But anyway, welcome Billy Bob, I'm new here too, but have been reading for a while. Just trying to learn what I can.
