    Nothing like a 30 minute meal during the week when you have kids to feed. Sliced up some new York's, peppers, Onion, and "please forgive the Hawaiian rolls". Off to the flat top, insert havarti, and gouda, and boom, dinner is served.

    Man is that thing ever beautiful. Only way it will look any better is when you have it full of bbq. Congratulations on the new pit, it looks awesome. Hope to see some pics of your cook.

    We did a pretty interesting take on potatoe salad. Roasted radishes, parsnip, and turnips, all covered in olive oil. Added 8 cloves of garlic, thyme, rosemary, roasted at 400 for about an HR. Then combined in bowl with mayo,dill weed, and some pickle relish. Boom, roasted root vegetable "potatoe...
