    One or two doors on a 42"

    Jl, take a look at my build in this same forum. New Direct Flow Patio Build. It might give you an idea what it will look like. Mine is 48" as well. I would go with one door as well and a counterweight

    @Themule69 - there is not much difference between side to side. I have a tuning plate that is in it to better regulate the temps. It varied a few degrees from time to time but nothing major... It is 24" x 48"  3/8" thick casing

    Thanks Dutch! It was delivered Saturday and after all the parties and everything, I finally got to cook on it yesterday. 50 Lbs of Butt, 15 lbs Spare's, bunch of ABT's and a turkey Breast.

    I think you are right. It is pretty well balanced and with the bigger wheels it does seem easier to move around.
