Tried some Heroin Wings and also did some Hoisin wings.

I wasn't overly impressed with the Heroin wings, they were good but not great. Hoisin wings were good as usual.
I had the step up Memphis Advantage and loved it for the time being (wanted something larger still) I now have a Memphis Elite and love it! All smokers you listed are quality, weigh whats most important, then second etc. I will say get as big as you can afford, I found myself falling short...
My Lil Tex had about a 20-30 degree swing depending on weather and other things. I agree you should call Traeger as your swing seems to large. I also used fire bricks on long cooks to help maintain heat and keeps temp swing lower. Good luck!

Yeah I found this one on CL for sale at a smaller bbq store. It was cheap as they were bringing in the newest model. Had to do some major begging and promising to the wife. I sold my Traeger Lil' Tex and my Memphis Advantage to help pay for it. Best decision ever.
