    End Of Salmon Season

I don't know, the former sounded like loads of fun!  What else you going to do this winter? I've never canned fish, but that looks like it will be fantastic!

I Started My Small Smoke House

Thanks.  It's a Smoke Daddy smoke generator http://www.smokedaddyinc.com/  .  While the AMNPS is foolproof, and the Smoke Daddy has not gotten the best of reviews from others.  It can put out a ton of billowing, white smoke (not good)  I have found that it works very well if you load it right...

Bacon is smoking.  First real workout for the new smokehouse! AMNPS fired up and ready to go with apple pellets:  Although there shouldn't be much, if any drippings with this cold smoke, I found the perfect cover for the AMNPS...a piece of 8" aluminum step flashing: 45 cents at Lowe's...

    ATB's, It's What's for Supper!

After dropping my son off at college, I needed some comfort food.  Not the 30 plus ATB's many of you do...it's just the two of us, but ATB's, NY strip steak and corn on the cob makes me happy. Using two of my three smoking devises is always fun!  One of these days, I'll have them all going at...
